Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all tickets purchased for events organised and operated by CardCo (“CardCo”).

By purchasing a ticket to any CardCo event, agreement is given to the terms set out below.
 

1. General Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets purchased for CardCo events are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law or where exceptional circumstances are determined to apply at CardCo’s discretion.

Please ensure all ticket details are correct before completing a purchase.
 

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Serious illness or injury preventing attendance

  • Bereavement involving an immediate family member

  • Other significant unforeseen circumstances outside the ticket holder’s control

Supporting evidence may be requested before a decision is made.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
 

3. Event Changes

CardCo reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • Event dates

  • Venue locations

  • Guest appearances

  • Schedules

  • Event content and activities

Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
 

4. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled entirely by CardCo and is not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to either:

  • A full refund of the ticket price paid; or

  • An alternative option offered by CardCo

Refunds will apply only to the original ticket purchase price and will not include:

  • Travel costs

  • Accommodation costs

  • Booking fees charged by third-party platforms

  • Any other associated expenses
     

5. Rescheduled Events

If an event is rescheduled, tickets will normally remain valid for the new date.

Where a ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled date, CardCo may, at its discretion, offer a refund or ticket transfer.
 

6. Duplicate, Lost or Misused Tickets

CardCo accepts no responsibility for:

  • Lost or stolen tickets

  • Unauthorised duplication of tickets

  • Tickets purchased through unofficial resale channels

Tickets obtained fraudulently may be cancelled without refund.
 

7. Refused Entry

CardCo reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees from an event where necessary for safety, security, or inappropriate behaviour.

No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
 

8. Refund Requests

Refund requests relating to exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing as soon as reasonably possible before the event date.

Requests should include:

  • Full name

  • Order reference number

  • Event name

  • Reason for the request

  • Any supporting documentation
     

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws.
