Event Code of Conduct

This Event Code of Conduct applies to all attendees, vendors, exhibitors, guests, staff, contractors and media attending any CardCo event.
CardCo aims to provide a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Attendance at a CardCo event constitutes agreement to comply with this Code of Conduct.

1. Expected Behaviour
All attendees are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect

  • Follow venue rules and staff instructions

  • Behave responsibly and safely

  • Respect personal space and boundaries

  • Queue fairly and appropriately

  • Maintain reasonable standards of hygiene and cleanliness

  • Help contribute to a positive event atmosphere

2. Prohibited Behaviour
The following behaviour will not be tolerated:

  • Harassment or intimidation

  • Threatening or abusive behaviour

  • Physical violence

  • Discrimination of any kind

  • Sexual harassment

  • Excessive disruption

  • Damage to property

  • Theft or fraudulent activity

  • Dangerous conduct

  • Possession of illegal substances

  • Unauthorised selling or trading

  • Counterfeit or prohibited goods

  • Excessive intoxication

3. Vendor and Exhibitor Conduct
Vendors and exhibitors must:

  • Trade lawfully and honestly

  • Ensure products comply with applicable laws and regulations

  • Avoid misleading descriptions or counterfeit items

  • Keep trading spaces tidy and safe

  • Treat attendees respectfully

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future events.

4. Photography and Recording
Photography and video recording may occur during events for promotional and media purposes.
Attendees should behave respectfully when taking photographs or recordings of others.
CardCo reserves the right to restrict photography or filming where necessary.

5. Reporting Concerns
Anyone experiencing or witnessing inappropriate behaviour should report concerns to event staff or security as soon as possible.
Reports will be taken seriously and handled appropriately.

6. Enforcement
CardCo reserves the right to:

  • Refuse admission

  • Remove individuals from the event

  • Cancel tickets without refund

  • Contact law enforcement where necessary

  • Restrict attendance at future events

Decisions made by CardCo staff and security regarding safety and conduct are final.
