These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the CardCo website, ticket purchases and attendance at any CardCo event.

By accessing the website, purchasing tickets or attending an event, agreement is given to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About CardCo

CardCo Ltd is a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom and operates trading card events, conventions and related activities.

2. Ticket Purchases

All tickets are subject to availability.

A completed purchase does not guarantee entry where fraudulent activity, payment disputes or breaches of these Terms and Conditions are identified.

CardCo reserves the right to cancel or refuse ticket purchases at its discretion.

3. Refunds

All ticket sales are final.

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances or where required by applicable law.

Further details are outlined in the separate Refund Policy.

4. Event Entry

Valid proof of purchase may be required for entry.

Attendees must comply with venue rules, security procedures and instructions provided by event staff.

CardCo reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for reasons including:

  • Disruptive behaviour

  • Harassment or abuse

  • Unsafe conduct

  • Intoxication

  • Illegal activity

  • Failure to comply with venue or event rules

Removal from an event will not entitle the attendee to a refund.

5. Event Changes

CardCo reserves the right to:

  • Change event dates

  • Change venues

  • Amend schedules

  • Change guests or exhibitors

  • Modify event layouts, activities or features

Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds or compensation.

6. Photography and Filming

Photography and video recording may take place during CardCo events for promotional, marketing and media purposes.

Attendance at a CardCo event constitutes consent for photographs, video footage and recordings containing attendee likenesses to be used by CardCo in marketing materials, social media content, websites and promotional campaigns without compensation.

Anyone wishing to raise concerns regarding photography or recording should contact event staff during the event.

7. Vendor and Exhibitor Responsibility

Vendors, exhibitors and traders are independently responsible for the products and services offered at CardCo events.

CardCo accepts no responsibility for:

  • Product authenticity

  • Pricing disputes

  • Private sales or trades

  • Transactions between attendees and vendors

  • Losses resulting from purchases made at events

Attendees are responsible for carrying out their own checks before making purchases or trades.

8. Personal Property

Attendees are responsible for their own belongings at all times.

CardCo accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged personal property during events.

9. Website Use

Use of the CardCo website must be lawful and respectful.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems

  • Uploading malicious software

  • Disrupting website functionality

  • Using the website for unlawful purposes

  • Copying or reproducing website content without permission

10. Intellectual Property

All CardCo branding, logos, graphics, website content and promotional materials remain the property of CardCo unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardCo shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Travel or accommodation costs

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

  • Personal property loss

  • Circumstances outside reasonable control, including force majeure events

Nothing within these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under UK law.

12. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by the CardCo Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

CardCo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised “Last updated” date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Vendor & Exhibitor

Terms & Conditions

These Vendor & Exhibitor Terms and Conditions apply to all vendors, exhibitors, artists, traders and businesses participating in any CardCo event.

Submission of an application or payment for vendor space constitutes agreement to these terms.
 

1. Applications and Acceptance

Submission of a vendor application does not guarantee acceptance.

CardCo reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion.
 

2. Payments

Vendor space is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Failure to pay within the requested timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.
 

3. Vendor Cancellations

Vendor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by CardCo in writing.

In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds or transfers may be considered at CardCo’s discretion.
 

4. Event Changes or Cancellation

CardCo reserves the right to:

  • Change venue layouts

  • Adjust table locations

  • Amend event schedules

  • Change event dates

Where an event is cancelled entirely and not rescheduled, vendor payments may be refunded at CardCo’s discretion.

CardCo shall not be responsible for travel, accommodation or other associated costs.
 

5. Permitted Products

Vendors may only sell products approved as part of the application process.

The following may be prohibited:

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Illegal items

  • Offensive material

  • Dangerous products

  • Unlicensed merchandise

  • Items infringing intellectual property rights

CardCo reserves the right to require removal of any item considered inappropriate.
 

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Maintaining appropriate insurance where required

  • Complying with UK trading laws

  • Ensuring product safety and authenticity

  • Keeping trading spaces clean and safe

  • Managing personal property and stock security
     

7. Setup and Breakdown

Vendors must comply with designated setup and breakdown times.

Early breakdown without permission may affect eligibility for future events.
 

8. Conduct

Professional and respectful behaviour is expected at all times.

Harassment, aggressive behaviour or disruption towards attendees, staff or other vendors will not be tolerated.
 

9. Liability

CardCo accepts no responsibility for:

  • Vendor losses

  • Theft

  • Damage to stock or equipment

  • Lost profits

  • Transactions between vendors and attendees

Participation is at the vendor’s own risk.
 

10. Compliance with Venue Rules

Vendors must comply with all venue regulations, health and safety requirements and instructions issued by event staff.
 

11. Termination

CardCo reserves the right to remove vendors or terminate participation without refund for breaches of these terms or behaviour considered harmful to the event.
 

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
